Owners Sandra and Martin founded Craft Advisory Brewing after Martin got the best Christmas gift any beer lover could ask for: a homebrewing kit. The kit was designed to brew three different batches of beer. Martin was more fond of the idea of throwing all three grains into the pot at the same time, resulting in a single beer: a dark stout. Chandeleur Island Brewing Company
Chandeleur Island Brewing Company in Gulfport was founded by Cammack and Cain Roberds from The University of Southern Mississippi. The two brothers got the name for the brewery from the chain of islands off the coast of Mississippi, the Chandeleur Islands. Natchez Brewing Company was founded by Lisa Miller in the mid-2010s. Lisa and her husband Patrick started brewing beer and eventually founded the brewery from their passion for craft beer and their desire to create their own. Key City Brewing was founded in 2018 by head brewer Zack Erickson and executive chef Blake Parmegiani.
