There are 30 breweries in Utah with the first being Wasatch Brewery, founded in 1986. Epic Brewing Company and Red Rock Brewing Company are the most notable breweries in Utah. Fisher Brewing Company
Fisher Beer was founded in the 1800s by Albert Fisher, a German immigrant. After brewery consolidations in the 1950s, the brewery was purchased by a larger brewery. In 2017, Albert Fisher’s great-great-grandson, Tom Fisher Riemondy, resurrected the brewery in an old auto shop.
